RETURN POLICY

Glanz by Arora Jewellers is committed to ensure full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security and customer assistance. However, in certain cases only, you can return/replace your order.


We are happy to offer a 7 day return/replacement from the date of delivery of the order, in the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition. For which a proof of video is required showcasing the unboxing/unpacking of the product (Fresh From Delivery) and product should be unused/unworn.

 

  • RESIZING

In case of resizing, if you want to resize your ring, we will resize it for you except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible or any other reason.

If the resized ring cost more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer. If the resized ring cost less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.

In case of resizing, shipping charges under resizing policy will be borne by the customer and in certain cases customer is responsible to deliver the product to us in case of resizing.

NOTE :- Resizing requests can be raised within 7 days from the delivery of the product, after that no such request will be entertained. We will not accept the return of product in case of resizing.

 

  • HOW TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS

 Customer should contact the customer support on +91 9582799002 or write to support@glanzjewelz.comWithin 7 days from the delivery of the product.

All products must be returned in their original condition unaltered and unused/unworn. You are required to keep the package ready with its original packaging and include the original invoice along with authentication card, tags etc.

For the areas where the return facility is not provided by our logistic partner, you can contact your trusted service provider and ship it to our warehouse. However, in this case the customer is responsible for the delivery of the product. Please address all the returns to :-

REFUND POLICY

We shall process the refund, if we fail to deliver your order within 30 days from the date of order placed. In this case only, customer has the right to cancel the order and is eligible for full refund.

  • HOW TO INITIATE THE REFUND PROCESS

 Customer should contact the customer support on +91 9582799002 or write to support@glanzjewelz.com to initiate the refund process, once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account within 7-15 working days via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through other means ( If Required ).
