We offer a Lifetime Plating Service on all purchases* made from Glanz, within India. In Lifetime Plating Service, you can get your Glanz Jewellery replated in those rare cases where you face a plating or tarnishing issue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We replate all Glanz jewellery except the ones with pearls, black beads or multi coloured products and coins.
2. If you would like the pendant replated, please send the chain as well and we will replate both
3. If you wish to get your earrings replated, kindly send us the pair and we'll take care of the rest.
4. This service is only limited to undamaged Glanz Jewellery and can be availed after 180 days from the date of delivery of the original product. If the product does not qualify for replating, unfortunately, we will have to send it back to you.
5. In case of more than one product, replating request can be raised for one product* only in a month.
6. Store credits cannot be used to avail this service.
7. This service is free. However, we will be charging you for the shipping cost only. If you want both pickup and delivery service you will be charged ₹199.00 and If you want only delivery service (customer is responsible to deliver the product to our warehouse) you will be charged ₹99.00
8. This whole process may take around 10-12 working days from the date of delivery of product to our warehouse.

*For areas where pickup facility is not provided by our logistic partner, you can contact your trusted service provider and ship it to our warehouse. However, in this case the customer is responsible for the delivery of the product.
