Do you deliver across India and how long does it take?

We at GLANZ are committed to ensure full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. We deliver to almost all pin-codes across India.
We continuously strive to get your purchase delivered within the said time i.e. 5-7 working days. In Case of personalized jewellery, It may take around 10-15 working days to deliver your order. We offer free shipping and for a 100% safe purchase, all goods are insured by us until they reach you safely.

Can I schedule a delivery on a specific day and time?

We value your experience, and want to make sure you always love what we have to offer. We work with some of the leading logistics companies for our jewellery deliveries. What happens if I am not able to collect my order?

If you're unable to collect the order yourself, we would suggest you to please ask your neighbour to collect the order on your behalf. If that's not possible, you can ask the Delivery Executive to deliver the order to you on the following day.
Please note that this is not an assured service and would depend solely on your interaction with the Delivery Executive.

Can I change the address once the order is placed?

We understand that circumstances may change, but please note that once your order is received and processed, we may not be able to change the address. While we will make every effort to assist you, please understand that this service is not guaranteed. We can try to put in a request with our delivery partner, but the final decision lies with them.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We value your experience, and want to make sure you always love what we have to offer. If you find any Incorrect or missing items, kindly contact our customer support on +91 3584 6268 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Mon-Sat) or write us to support@glanzjewelz.com or through any of our support channels (Chat/WhatsApp) within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
We will gladly assist you and conduct a thorough investigation which will require a proof of video showcasing the unboxing/unpacking of the product fresh from delivery for us to process the request further which may take up to 48 hours.
Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
