It has a sentimental value. Custom jewellery creates a keepsake reminder of the giver and will spark treasured memories associated with receiving the thoughtful gift. Your creation will come into existence as a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery that will be appreciated for generations to come.

How much time will it take to deliver my personalized jewellery order?

We at GLANZ are committed to ensure full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. In Case of personalized jewellery, It may take around 10-15 working days to deliver your order.

Why do personalized jewellery orders take more time to deliver?

All personalized jewellery orders are custom-made, which means that these are not ready with us and we make them from scratch. Once we receive your order, we need approximately 5-8 working days to design, cast, set stones and polish your order in a perfect piece of jewellery.
In addition, each product goes through a 3-step quality check process to ensure that only the best quality products reach you.
The delivery itself takes additional 3-7 working days depending on location. You can expect your personalized jewellery order to deliver in 10-15 working days approximately.

Can I cancel my personalized jewellery order?

We want your personalised jewellery to be perfect, which is why once the production process begins, we are unable to cancel the order. As each piece is custom-made based on your specific requirements, reversing the process becomes challenging.
We kindly advise you to place your order carefully, double-checking the spelling, and character case to ensure complete satisfaction. Your happiness with your personalized jewellery is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Can I return my personalized jewellery order?

Since the personalized jewellery is crafted especially for you, we won't be able to offer returns on the same. However, in the unlikely event the product delivered is in damaged condition(for which a proof of video is required showcasing the unboxing/unpacking of the product fresh from delivery).
You can reach out to us. We will immediately either replace or return the product.
Please note in case of return, the customer is eligible for full refund and we can only accept such requests within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
